The Kornasian bath is one of the most beautiful Qajar buildings in Dezful which is located in Kornasian neighborhood in the old parts of Dezful. This building is about 200 years old but was renovated twice in 2003 and then again in 2006. This bath covers an area of 880 square meters. It has a small gate decorated with bricks. In general, the building is divided into two Men and women sections each of which consists of different parts like: warm house, cold house and changing rooms. The men section has been built bigger than the women section and the changing rooms have been built in a hexagonal style with special rooms to change clothes. A small hole has been designed near the gate for the people to donate money for charity as well as a small pool designed for the customers in the middle of the bath to wash their feet. Some holes have been designed on the domes of the bath to let in the natural light and also being used as a natural air conditioner. The water reservoirs and the fire house are located near the men and women sections. Today it is changed into an anthropological museum. Different traditions, customs and jobs of the people of Dezful are on display in this museum as well as different manuscripts and various iron tools.
