Rangooni Mosque is one of the historic places of Abadan near Abadan Refinery. The architects of this temple were from India, so the architecture of this mosque is according to the Indian style. It seems that they brought some of the building materials such as paint from India to Iran. This mosque has four small domes and two minarets. Its exterior is decorated with cement and is very colorful. The decoration of the mosque may seem tiled, but is actually decorated with cement. The building of the mosque which includes a shabestan and a main courtyard is made of bricks, mortar and lime mortar. There is a"Basmalah” motif in front of the building on top of the enterance.
